A DOMINANT VICTORY! Meet the winner of the Lidingöloppet—Ebba Tulu Chala! She won by more than two minutes over the runner-up, with a time of 1:38:50. Tulu Chala was one of the favorites heading into the race, as the reigning Swedish marathon champion. He got off to a fantastic start and then just ran on instinct: 💬 “I ran a little fast at the beginning, then when everyone let me go, I ran on instinct.” Ebba lives and trains at Bosön, and alongside his elite athletic career, he works in our restaurant. Say hello to Cajsa Weinemo & Conrad Lindström! 💃🕺 They are one of Sweden’s top dance couples in Bugg and Boogie Woogie and compete at the elite level both in Sweden and internationally. Among other achievements, they have several Swedish Championship gold medals under their belts—and now they’ve come to Bosön to gain even more knowledge about their bodies and Training. Together with our physical therapists, Cajsa and Conrad have completed a 9+ screening, which analyzes mobility, stability, strength, balance, and movement quality, among other things. A movement analysis provides insight into how the body functions during various movements and can serve as a foundation for continued Training and development. #MovementAnalysis #bosön @cajsaconrad

We welcome Towa Nilsson as Bosön’s new running coach! 💪 Towa isn’t new here—she works at the front desk and has studied at Bosön Idrottsfolkhögskola to become a coach, as well as completed the Elite Sports Education program. Towa is a long-distance runner with experience in both national and international championships. Among other achievements, she won a medal at the 2023 European Junior Cross Country Championships and has established herself as one of Sweden’s top long-distance runners with a fourth-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the Swedish Senior Championships and a fourth-place finish at the 2024 Stockholm Marathon. ⏱️ 3,000 m: 9:40 5 k: 16:51 10 k: 34:53 Marathon: 2:45:58 Want to improve your running? 🌟 Bosön was buzzing with the joy of sports! 🌟 720 dedicated employees gathered at a conference to jointly shape the future of the sports movement and SISU Idrottsutbildarna’s Strategy 2035. 🏟️ The Vinnarhallen was transformed into a vibrant meeting and celebration venue. ⚽ Right next door, the national soccer team fine-tuned its form ahead of the next match. 🏐 The beach volleyball stars practiced the “Swedish jumpset” in the sand. 🥇 Meanwhile, indoors, Duplantis soared over the hurdles in the Framgångshallen. 🏃‍♂️ And in the climate chamber, Ebba Tulu Chala was preparing for the World Championships in Tokyo. Two days filled with energy, camaraderie, and pride in what we’re building together.
