Sustainable food for all tastes
There are two restaurants at Bosön, the popular Olympiarestaurangen, which can offer proper buffet food, plenty of space and a dynamic atmosphere, and the illustrious Mästervillan restaurant, with traditional waiter service in a grandiose environment.
Olympiarestaurangen and the Mästervillan restaurant serve thousands of breakfasts, lunches, conference dinners and banquets every year. Our chefs cook nutritious, tasty meals made from the best seasonal produce, and our pastry chef complements the range with freshly baked bread, deserts, as well as snacks such as bars and smoothies. In other words, there is something for everyone looking to perform at the highest level, from sports teams looking to top up their reserves before a vital training session, to businesses looking to replenish their energy between meetings or celebrate their success with a shared banquet.
A new menu every day
The two Bosön restaurants offer different kinds of gastronomic experiences, but they share a fundamental philosophy where quality, sustainability and the love of produce take centre stage. There are no set menus – rather, our enthusiastic and conscious kitchen teams let the supply of produce dictate what is being served on a daily basis. In other words, those visiting Bosön are treated to the very best of what the current season has to offer; asparagus in early summer, mushrooms in autumn and winter apples as the year draws to a close. You can also be sure that the meat being served is produced in Sweden, that the fish is caught sustainably, and that the dairy products, fruit and vegetables are mostly organic and/or produced locally.
Did you know that Bosön is Swan Ecolabel-certified?
Thanks to a strong commitment and daily interactions with our suppliers, Bosön is able to serve tasty and well-prepared food every day without making compromises regarding quality or environmental impact. As of 2019, both our restaurants are Swan Ecolabel-certified, just like our hotel facilities, proof that we are doing our part for the environment and contributing to sustainable development.
