Union Meeting at Bosön
Planning for the next federation meeting is underway—and here at Bosön, we’re ready to provide your sports federation or club with the best possible conditions for a truly impactful meeting. Here, you can discuss motions in airy, well-equipped rooms, brainstorm ideas over an energizing coffee break, and reflect in peace and quiet after a night’s rest in comfortable beds. Perhaps with a little “ Training ” or physical activity in between to keep both body and mind in top shape.
To make things easy, we’ve put together a complete conference package—including meals, lodging, meeting space, and training facilities—all, of course, at Bosön’s special sports rate. If you have specific requests, we’d be happy to help you tailor your annual meeting to your needs. We’re happy to help you customize the setup—whether you need technology for a hybrid meeting, extra rooms for parallel discussions, or just want to add that little extra touch.
Our in-house activities team offers well-planned and energetic activities—from exercise breaks to team-building exercises—and right now, you can get a 20% discount on activities organized by Bosön’s own team in connection with your association’s annual meeting.
