A Delicious Team-Building Activity—Cook Dinner with a Professional Chef at Bosön

Add a special touch to your conference with a culinary experience in our beautiful Rektorsvilla, overlooking Askrikefjärden. Together with an experienced chef, you’ll prepare your own three-course dinner in a real restaurant kitchen—an inspiring and educational activity that fosters team spirit.

You will be divided into three groups that will work together to create the evening’s menu:
Appetizer – Tapas with variety and flavor, served continuously from the kitchen
Main Course – A focus on vegetables, with Swedish meat as an option
Dessert – Technique, creativity, and flavor in sweet harmony

The chef will guide you through everything from how to chop an onion like a pro to how to make your own mayonnaise. You’ll get smart tips and tricks to take home with you—and maybe answers to all your “how do you actually do that?” questions.

Once the main course is ready, you'll also learn how to plate it attractively before taking a seat in the dining room to enjoy both the main course and dessert while taking in the view of the water.
