We offer classic sports massage designed to improve circulation in the muscles, connective tissue, and supporting tissues, as well as to reduce pain and tension. The treatment increases blood flow to strained and sore areas, and trigger point therapy is also used as needed. The massage also has positive mental effects, such as reduced stress and increased body awareness.

Samaneh Angourani has a background in sports medicine and has been working as a massage therapist since 2018.
We listen to your body—and find out the cause
We’ll go over your situation together and conduct a professional assessment of what might be causing your discomfort and tension—before treatment begins. In conjunction with the massage, we also offer advice on how to reduce the risk of the problems recurring. It’s important to inform the massage therapist of any medical conditions and medications you’re taking, and to consult a doctor if you’re unsure.

The price depends on the treatment. Physical therapy costs 275 SEK and is covered under Region Stockholm’s healthcare agreement (the high-cost protection applies).

A sports massage costs 950 SEK (50 min) or 1,300 SEK (80 min).
