John is a licensed physical therapist with more than 25 years of experience treating elite athletes and recreational athletes in various sports. He is a specialist in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (OMT Level III), a Certified Sports Physical Therapist (CSPT), and holds a Ph.D. in the field of “movement analysis” and its application in everyday clinical practice.
As a clinician, John has worked for many years in the field with various clubs and elite athletes, but he has primarily specialized in soccer, where he has spent many years working in the Allsvenskan and Superettan leagues, as well as with Sweden’s top youth academies. Today, John collaborates with the Swedish Football Association and the men’s national futsal team, but he also works with many climbers, canoeists, and fencers in his daily clinical practice.
