Ulrika Thoors

Ulrika has been a licensed physical therapist since 2006, with specialized expertise in physical activity and sports medicine. Ulrika has worked with Training for most of her life. She is passionate about helping people find motivation and joy in their workouts and about enabling them to engage in physical activity and Training without pain or other limitations. Ulrika has an extensive list of continuing education courses in her field, including Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Mechanical Diagnostics and Therapy, and Sports Medicine.

For Ulrika, the key to avoiding rehab is doing prehab. For her, prehab means identifying the body’s weaknesses and strengthening them before they lead to injury. If you train in a way that’s right for your specific body, you’ll have a fully functional body. With over 18 years of experience in physical therapy, focusing on strain-related issues in recreational and elite sports, Ulrika has both the knowledge and the tools to address existing injuries and prevent new ones from occurring.
