Coaching Leadership
A coaching leadership style is an approach that focuses on developing and supporting an individual’s potential and performance through active listening, guidance, and feedback. By promoting independence and accountability among participants, coaching leadership creates a motivating and learning-oriented work environment.
The course is conducted online during the day on weekdays and includes two full-day in-person sessions at Bosön. The course is part-time, approximately 10 hours per week. Some online sessions are recorded for those who are unable to participate in real time, although real-time participation is preferred.
The first online session—an introduction lasting about 1 hour—on the first day of the course is mandatory.
When studying at a folk high school, participants are expected and required to actively participate in the course and contribute their experiences and knowledge by communicating with both other participants and the instructor. We use Microsoft Teams.
