Nomination Committee Network

The theme of this fall’s meeting will be: “Learning from One Another Across Union Boundaries.” We’ll be sharing experiences with a focus on skills and values, all with the goal of creating a well-functioning board.

The Nominating Committee Network is designed to support and help you grow as a key figure in Swedish sports. The purpose of the meetings is to foster modern nominating committee practices. Topics that may be covered:

What kind of leadership do we want?
How do we achieve diversity and develop strong board proposals?
How can this work be carried out in a democratic manner?
What are the potential success factors and pitfalls?
Clarifying roles.

The meetings are designed to foster learning, reflection, and the active exchange of experiences on issues related to the nomination committee’s responsibilities, as well as to strengthen participants in their roles as members of the nomination committee.
