Sports Psychology
A unique opportunity for anyone interested in sports psychology to learn more. You’ll learn more about how to work with performance motivation, stress, and recovery. Together with knowledgeable instructors and other motivated participants, you’ll not only gain factual knowledge but also engage in in-depth discussions and complete assignments that will help you tackle sports psychology challenges—both in your sport and in your personal life.
The course is conducted online during the day on weekdays and includes two in-person full-day sessions at Bosön, at the beginning and end of the course. The course is part-time, approximately 10 hours per week. Some online sessions are recorded for those who are unable to participate in real time, although real-time participation is, of course, preferred.
The first online session—an introduction lasting about 1 hour—on the first day of the course is mandatory.
When studying at a folk high school, participants are expected and required to actively participate in the course and contribute their experiences and knowledge by communicating with both other participants and the instructor. We use Microsoft Teams.
